Planning view

Keep your regular review meetings on track, data-focused, and action-oriented.

The Planning View is where your team can regularly review progress and plan improvements. It’s the perfect spot for your weekly or monthly meetings, allowing team members to monitor progress, assign tasks, and evaluate their contributions.

Accessing the Planning View


To get started, open the relevant journey and select Planning View from the view picker. Here, you'll find an overview of the journey’s satisfaction score, a summary of actions completed in the last week or month, and a list of new opportunities in the pipeline. Screenshot 2024-05-17 at 1.26.10 PM

Below this overview, you'll see a detailed dashboard displaying metrics assigned to the touchpoints and activities of your journey, along with their changes over the selected period. You can switch between viewing data on a weekly or monthly basis to suit your needs.

The Actions List


To the right of the dashboard is the Actions List, your team's to-do list for improving specific steps of the customer journey. For example, if your team notices a drop in web traffic, you might create an action like “Analyze website traffic” and discuss the findings at your next meeting. Adding and Completing Actions


To add a new action, simply click the yellow “Add Action” button and edit it in the Actions tab. When an action is completed, click the round button on the left, and it will be marked as done and removed from the list.
