Manage opportunities and view key metrics to boost customer experience and streamline operations.
The Opportunities tab in Out of Dark is your dedicated control panel for creating, managing, and tracking potential enhancements to your business's customer-facing activities. This includes opportunities to improve user experiences, refine existing processes, or introduce new strategies for business benefits.
To initiate a new opportunity, click the yellow "plus" button labeled "Opportunity." Opportunities can be filtered by status—new, open, deferred, solved, or archived—for streamlined organization. You can also easily track the volume of opportunities created by referencing the count next to the "Opportunities" title at the top of the page.
The dashboard within the Opportunities tab offers a comprehensive overview of each opportunity. This includes its title, creation date, status tags, benefit rating, assigned actions, and any linked customer journeys. Additionally, you have the ability to set a default view that determines how many opportunities are displayed on a single page, ensuring efficient navigation and management.
